Pricing questions
How does seat-based pricing work?
You pay for a block of seats. Each seat gives one member full access to Cardeon. You control how many seats you have and can adjust as your roster changes.
What is the minimum seat count?
The minimum is 10 seats. Need fewer? Book a demo and we can talk through what makes sense for your situation.
Can I add or remove seats?
Yes. You can adjust your seat count at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — no future charges after your current period ends. Annual plans can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — after that, you're billed in full but keep full access for the entire year.
What happens when a member loses access?
Members can still log in to their account but lose access to cards and progress stats. Access is restored the moment their organization's seat is renewed or their code is reapplied.
Is there a trial for organizations?
Yes — every organization account starts with 5 free member seats for 30 days, so you can try Cardeon with real people before committing to a paid plan.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes — cancel your current subscription and resubscribe on the other cadence. If you're within 30 days of starting an annual plan, cancelling refunds you in full so you can switch right away; otherwise you'll keep your current access until that billing period ends, then can resubscribe on the new cadence.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — Cardeon never sees or stores your card details directly.
